Very good location to be in the Georgetown neighborhood. Room was really large, it is like a one bedroom condo. The kitchen had a large fridge and full appliances. The main bedroom was really spacious. There was a self service room to stock on any missing toiletries and towels, so it was nice to be able to walk in and just get what you are missing. The lobby is mostly self service, sometimes no one is there at the front desk as you are given a digital key to access the hotel and your room. The common areas are nice, with sofas to hang out, a beer bar and a pool table. We appreciated the modern approach of the hotel. They also have shelves for packages that are delivered. We ordered from Amazon and our stuff was there when we arrived. These are open to anyone so be mindful that stuff can be stolen (which was not our experience). There is no ice machine in the hallway, you have to turn on your fridge's ice maker (took us a bit to figure this out).

I had a wonderful stay. Can't comment on staff because there aren't any, which was fine with me. I loved the self check-in process, just get your code and walk up to your room. No need to remember your room card either as it was a code. I was at the very top of the building, the only room there is up there. Wasn't happy to see there was a floor of stairs to walk with my big bag, but but was totally worth it. The area is massive (probably too big for just me!). Lounge and kitchen in one space, then bedroom with huge bed, and then the large bathroom with shower. The place had everything you needed - even a white noise machine to block out city noise. I had a lovely terrace, and if you looked out to the left you could see the Washington Monument. The location is in the most gorgeous area, Georgetown. Flower lined street and English-style shops and houses. A very good stay in Washington and would definitely stay again if I ever go back.

Loved the location and having a full apartment. The closest metro is about a 15-minute walk but I don't mind walking. Take that into consideration when booking. The bus stop is very close and is an option. I also liked that there is a driveway for uber/lyft drivers to drop you off right in front of the door so you don't have to worry about your driver being double-parked or waiting out in the cold. I also appreciated having an electric kettle to quickly boil water. The location is quiet. Not too far from Trader Joe's. Communication for getting into the building/unit using the code was sent as expected and everything worked fine. The address was well-marked so easy for uber driver to find.

Comfortable, well-equipped apartment in well-maintained 1970s era building on a quiet side street in Georgetown. Generously sized rooms with large windows overlooking a quiet side street. The neighborhood is a very nice, somewhat away from the main tourist destinations while also being close to them. The apartment was well-equipped with virtually everything I needed--iron, toaster, cheese grater, kitchen. The check-in was very smooth. The lobby was nice and welcoming. The staff were friendly. There was an on-site laundry.

I was extremely pleased upon entering the room. Large, clean and everything I needed. My room had a full kitchen and equipped with all needed items ,(although I did not use the kitchen), several closet areas, spacious area around the room. First time using all keyless entry and I really liked not having to look for a key each time I left (,once you learn your key code!). Staff was friendly and helpful!
